Chip Howe has over 35 years of legal experience and has tried hundreds of cases before a judge or jury. He has lived in Clinton, SC for most of his life and is active in the community in which he practices. Chip received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1975 and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1978. Shortly after finishing law school, Chip returned to his hometown and has practiced in Clinton, SC ever since.
In addition to his private law practice, Chip previously served as Chief Public Defender for Laurens County for over 28 years.

Davis Rice grew up in Clinton, SC and graduated from Clinton High School in 1999. He then went on to attend Presbyterian College, where he was a standout baseball player. Davis graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009.
During his time in law school, Davis was a member of the editorial board for the South Carolina Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe for high achievement in the study of law.
In addition to his practice with Howe & Rice, LLC, Davis also serves as Of Counsel with the Joye Law Firm, a personal injury law firm based in Charleston, SC.
